View our Cocktail menu Lovingly created by Kurt Diamond and Artur Zagorski these resident cocktails are all top secret recipes – and are all infused with ingredients that will get your pulse racing. Luckily, the pure juice content of many means they’re far from totally naughty, which gives you the perfect after-work excuse for a tipple.
Inside the Residents’ Menu (available only in-house), you’ll find a selection of: gin, champage, vodka, scotch, cachaca, cognac, tequila, bourbon, and amaretto based drinks, mixed with everything from carrot juice, white peach pulp, mango, cantaloupe melon and blackberry puree, as well as kiwi fruit, pineapple wheels, beetroot, greek yoghurt, honey, fresh chilli, dried dates, dried plums, marinated fruit syrups and melted chocolate.
Of course, a cocktail isn’t a cocktail without a garnish. Pick a drink, and find it laced with anything from dried apples, blueberries, and chocolate flakes to lemongrass, sesame seeds and red and yellow peppers. Only one thing’s for certain - a Manhattan will never have the same appeal again…
