Lady Luck
Vintage glamour and rockin' vibes...in fact, this night is so damn cool it recently froze over (although they might just be searching for a bigger venue). Keep checking the website for news...you can expect to be thrown back into the depths of depravity anytime soon. Oh, and be sure to attend The Black Cotton Club at Volupte every second Saturday of the month. It's Lady Luck Nino's new Volupte-inspired venture...

London Academy of Burlesque
Burlesque artiste Jo King has been in the industry for 25 years and is probably responsible for approximately 75% of London's females waltzing around the capital with impossibly revved-up mojos. Gentlemen, do you REALLY know what it feels like for a girl? (tip: it's really rather good).

Straight Up Bartending School
We only drink the best cocktails. Learn how to do it properly with our very own Kurt Diamond (but try not to tip the shaker over your head like Dee did).

Beyond Retro
Rails of vintage glamour that make you want to curl up and sleep in their piles of hats, clothes and shoes like... I don't know, some demented Alice in Wonderland, or something.

Good Vibes Fitness Studio, Covent Garden.
Delores and I never skimped on the cream cakes at Afternoon Tease even back when we hadn't heard of the revolutionary Power Plates. Promising to give you the equivalent of a full hour's workout in just 25 minutes without even needing to remove our slap and vintage outfits, we were there quicker than we could think about another Baileys Chocolate Eclair. Tip: Ask about the Revolutionary Bikini Boot-Camp Program - you'll get a gorgeous bikini gratis on completion...

What Katie Did
The 'fully-fashioned seamed stockings, girdles, powermesh cinchers and bullet bras' are gorgeous, look vintage...but are actually brand new. Yay. Licence to browse for dated underwear without worrying we might be weird.

Addictive Interactive
...for developing exactly the kind of website we wanted, for setting up one of the fastest growing online communities around at the mo, and for being, well, addictive in general. You're welcome here anytime, guys (Darren in particular will love it downstairs, the colours match the pictures in his office and everything!)

 |
Greg Heath of the Flash Monkey
For composing the intro music to put on here. We wanted to play it in the loos on repeat as well, but thought it might divert everyone's attention from buying drinks.

Retro Raunch
Beautiful, original photographs from days gone by. A big thank you to Hester for allowing us to use some of her pictures on our site and on our promotional material.
|
 |
Ruby Rouge
For supplying us with our waitresses' accessories, although we're not quite so keen on the catfights in the staff room every night over those bloody ruffle bustles.

Xenz
They describe his aerosol artwork as 'Monet with traffic lights', or even 'Dali with skyscrapers' - but we didn't know that when we happened upon him at a local bar in Shoreditch. Now we call him The Builders' Nightmare ('he came from nowhere,' they muttered as they tried in vain to manoeuvre their tools around his paint-pots)
